This Grievance Policy outlines the process for addressing your grievances regarding our platform Jax.Investments. We are committed to resolving your issues fairly, efficiently, and transparently.

How to File a Grievance:

There are two ways you can file a grievance with us:

  • Email: Send an email to grievance@jax.investments with a clear description of your issue along with a detailed description of the problem that you’ve encountered. Please send the screenshots if necessary,
  • Live Chat: Contact our support team through the live chat function on the Platform.

Information Required:

Whenever you file a grievance, we request you to provide the following information:

  • Your name and registered mobile number with the Platform.
  • A clear and concise description of your grievance, including the date and time of the incident.
  • Any relevant screenshots, transaction records, or other supporting documents.

Grievance Resolution Process:

  • As soon as we receive your grievance request, we will acknowledge the receipt of your grievance within 24 hours.
  • We will investigate your grievance thoroughly and aim to provide a solution for the same within 7 business days.
  • Our response will include the findings and the associated rectifications
  • If you are dissatisfied with our initial response, you can escalate your grievance by replying to the response email or contacting our Grievance Officer

Dispute Resolution:

If you are not satisfied with the final resolution offered by the Grievance Officer, you may have the right to seek recourse through legal action. The parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bangalore, India, in case of any disputes.
